Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Panel Inc.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you may not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind (exceptional circumstances apply as per below).

If you would like to return your order please contact us with your order number at info@panelinc.co.uk and we will send detailed instructions on how to return your items.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regularly priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

We offer two return options:

  1. We arrange pickup of your packed items by our designated courier. This will incur a delivery and restocking fee appropriate to the amount of items returned. We can confirm this fee prior to return.

  2. You (the customer) can arrange your own delivery of your returned panels to our workshop and this will incur a nominal restocking fee. We can confirm this fee prior to return.

Any of the above costs incurred will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@panelinc.co.uk

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Any item that has been cut by us, as requested by the customer

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, please contact us at info@panelinc.co.uk or 01200 780 660 and we will be happy to assist.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We offer a pre-arranged return service as per above - you will be notified of the fee for this prior to accepting your method of return.

  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. However, our pre-arranged return service does insure your packages and so where proof of postage is available we will refund your order as per our terms above.
